Everything was difficult
Everything was difficult. They failed to listen to instructions properly. Wrong number appeared on Jersey. Im still waiting on a replacement decal. The face looks more of a stock doll than the picture. It doesn't look African American. It's from China and it looks like a Steph Curry stock figure. Unfortunately im not satisfied.

So impressed
I honestly thought that this was going to be something 3D printed, I had no idea that I would receive pictures all throughout the process that needed my approval. I am super happy with the bobble head and will definitely order more as gifts.

Highly disappointed
Firstly, I did not get the delivery in the agreed-upon timeframe. This messed up my gifting timeframe, and there was no consideration for the delay.
Also, they send email updates, but the people who work on it are actually in China, and I felt they would not understand what I am trying to explain to them in English. Their attention to detail was not very good. They were also just not able to get the beard right. After going back and forth so much, sending them images with arrows in what I felt was incorrect, they could not match it to the reference photo that I had given. I felt like I had to guide them all throughout to reach the final product, and their creativity and attention to detail were just not there. I am highly disappointed with the service.

Smashed expectations
I'm a cynical man in a cynical world so placed my order feeling very nervous about what I'd receive. I should not have worried. I had sent a chatgpt generated image of a bobblehead version of someone in reflecting shades and a big hat. Within a few days I had a photograph asking me for approval so they could move onto the next stage and the face was spot on! Every few days I got a new update photo to check I was happy. I even asked them to add on a very specific triangle tattoo on the chest which they hand painted on then sent new photo. It arrived in good time, well packaged and exactly what I'd hoped for but didn't expect.
I thought it was a bit expensive but when you get that level of service for a truly bespoke one off piece I now think it's great value. Highly recommend and would use again
