Don't like the artificial sweetener aftertaste. Tried it out because I though I could do a free return (very common for protein powder brands). However, this is not the case. If I was to return it would be a 20% return free plus I would have to pay for shipping. Might just exchange for another flavor since I would only have to pay shipping. But honestly seems more trouble than it worth. I understand how free returns can eat up a smalls business profit but if industry standards is free returns, you'll lose more customers than profits by being cheap. For reference I've done free returns with Keto Chow and I've never had to return anything from Transform HQ but they do offer free returns minus shipping.

Really strong artificial sweetener aftertaste. I like diet soda and use Splenda, but this taste is really awful. I had high hopes, but unfortunately this was a waste of money. They wouldn't let me cancel my next order since I signed up with a subscription plan, and they wouldn't even let me switch flavors.

Took way too long to ship protein. Still haven't been able to taste yet. Only positive is how they will update you occasionally with emails on production and what is going on. They are very kind but still need a lot of work.
