two main transactions with them- FIrst was to replace an inflatable floor, special order from Zodiac. Zodiac took so long to deliver (7 months) that I gave up and cancelled the order, though it was no fault of the IBS store. IBS cancelled the order without hassle, even though they may be stuck with a floor that finally arrived a week after I cancelled. Second transaction was for a new Achillies- it was in stock at competitive price. Bought it and picked it up with no difficulty. IBS is the only place I'll shop. Highly recommend !
