Five star experience in all aspects!
Not certain exactly how I found this company, but I am glad I did. I am mid-south and they are west coast. I was upgrading a fishing motor so I wasn’t a huge customer (buying a 20 hp motor) Their communication is absolutely superb. I had quite a few questions and they were all answered quickly and accurately. Their service folks are also top-notch. They recognized I needed a specific electric adapter for my new motor. Had they not done this, I would have an unusable motor on my hands. Every interaction was 10 out of 10.

On your website y’all have your outboards listed as in stock so I ordered. About a week later I called asking for an update. The guy told me my engine wouldn’t be in until April and it is currently December after the website said in stock. I will never be buying anything from y’all again and will tell people never to buy anything from y’all either.

Thank you, Braden, for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to do our best to get our customers the items they need in a timely manner. On occasion, manufacturer shipments don't arrive on the anticipated date. We hope you were able to find what you were looking for. Thank you and please give us a call if you would like to discuss anything further.
