This is a great company
This is a great company. The service was amazing and when a problem did a rise instead of email, they called me in person and dealt with it immediately I highly recommend these folks for your boating needs

Don't get what your order on web page
I order there Honda BF10DK3LHS motor for a good price. Every thing went through on the order. Then I get email back saying that they can't ship this because was on there display floor and offered a different motor which would cost me more and with out electric start. So, I turned that down and went some where else to get what I wanted. Went back next day to see if the Honda was still listed and it was but for an extra $679. So went 1 day from $2,215 to $2,884. Glad I went some where else and still paid alot less. Went shop here again.

We had this motor listed as a local pickup only purchase but our freight calculator unfortunately wasn't disabled on this listing and so it allowed you to purchase it. Our Sales Rep offered a comparable outboard at a greatly discounted price as a possible alternative. After cancelling your order and refunding you promptly, we have since fixed the issue and apologize for any inconvenience. As of June 27 2024, we still have this listing on our website marked as "special stock" at the original discounted price for local pickup only, but have the standard model available for shipment at a higher price, so you may be looking at the standard listing where you are quoting pricing. We unfortunately don't have the packaging for the specific motor you ordered to ship cross country without the possibility of freight damage. Again, we apologize for your experience and strive to be better.

The adhesive worked perfectly
The adhesive worked perfectly, The skeg mount is firmly attached to my kayak and the sked improved the tracking. Also thanks to the telephone support rep who advised me not to mix the whole batch at one time.

Impressed
I did not receive an email stating that my purchase was shipped. I sent an email inquiry and a real, live human called and gave me an update. It was amazing. When I received my shipment it included instruction on how to use the glue. I have bought this glue from another company and had to search the internet for instructions. I am really impressed.
