Awesome customer service.
Awesome customer service. I bought some SQlab handlebars for my mountain bike. SQlab takes pride in designing bike hardware that is ergonomic-friendly and I wanted to get bars that had more backsweep angle, but I wanted to maintain the other aspects of "bike fit." Unfortunately, the dimensions in the SQlab catalog (and almost everybody else's catalog!) weren't sufficient to figure out how to accomplish this. I worked with Madison in customer service who worked with the SQlab Germany folks to get me the necessary information. He has also requested that the needed info be added to their catalog. Top notch customer service in my opinion.
