Customer service is dire, they ask for information then you hear nothing, chase and they say they need more info, it's nearly 6 months of trying to get the funds from them. I've never had an issue with other companies with identity checks but these take it to another level. It's getting to the point of going to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Awful company not enough customer support staff. Long wait for phone to be answered. Do not communicate effectively with other Financial Services providers. I have been trying to move BNY Mellon funds from one Financial platform to an alternative. I completed Transfer Out and Transfer In forms in June 2023 and am still waiting for the transfer to be completed.
