Colin and his team had 3 units up and running for us in under 2 months! It's amazing how quickly everything happened. We look forward to expanding further. Having a coach, course, and the support from him and his team has saved us over a year of headaches trying to figure it out ourselves. Definitely worth investing into for quick and positive results.

We’ve had a great experience with BNB Launch. The team made the entire process of getting our Airbnb business up and running straightforward and easy to understand. Colin has been great to work with. The whole team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get started in the short-term rental business. We already have 3 units and looking to get more!

A few months ago, my husband and I started seriously considering our options to open a business in the US and apply for an E2 Visa. As we are located in Canada, we were finding it difficult to find a business which we could launch from here, so that everything would be operational and ready by the time we made the move. That's when we came accross Colin and his wife Jess on Social Media- At first I must admit we were a little skeptical and unsure how this would work. However, after talking to a few references and after narrowing down our options, we decided that now was the time, and we invested in the ''E2 Freedom launch'' package with Bnblaunch. We started the process in May, we are now in August and already have our first 3 AirBnB units set up through them in Tempe, Arizona. Within a day of launching our units, we arlready had our first reservation. I can't thank the team over at Bnblaunch (Colin, Susanna and Dulce) enough- we are now patiently waiting for our E2 visa would should be coming in in the next few months!

Colin and Jess are the best! We have 31 units with them, doing roughly 100K a month in revenue and they helped us get our E2 Visa. We’re going to continue doubling down with them and growing this into a monster! I highly recommend working with them, they did everything they said they would. Incredibly happy!

Starting a new business can be overwhelming, especially in an industry you're unfamiliar with. That's where Colin, Dulce, Susanna, and the team make all the difference. Their hands-on experience as successful Airbnb hosts means they provide practical guidance, not just theory. They're there to support you every step of the way, sharing their knowledge and helping you avoid common pitfalls. If you're looking for a team with real-world experience and a genuine commitment to your success, you're in excellent hands.

When my family and I made the life-changing decision to obtain an E-2 visa and move from Toronto to Florida, we knew we wanted to build a successful short-term rental business but were entering a completely new market. Working with Colin and his team at BNBLaunch made that transition incredibly smooth. Their expertise, guidance, and support gave us the confidence to launch our Airbnb business successfully while starting an exciting new chapter of our lives. The results have exceeded our expectations. Since partnering with BNBLaunch, our listing has earned more than 20 fantastic guest reviews and achieved both Superhost and Guest Favorite status. Colin and his team helped optimize every aspect of our listing, from pricing and marketing to guest communication and overall guest satisfaction. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence have played a huge role in helping us build a strong reputation and create memorable experiences for our guests. Beyond the business success, we are so happy with our new life in Florida and grateful that we made the move from the freezing cold Canadian winters. What started as a dream of relocating from Canada has become a reality, and BNBLaunch was a big part of making that possible. Colin and his team genuinely care about their clients’ success and are always available to provide advice, support, and encouragement. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend BNBLaunch to anyone looking to grow their short-term rental business with a team that delivers outstanding results.

Was definitely nervous and unsure at first but once I started with Colin and his team I realized right away I was in good hands. You get a wealth of information about the business model plus Colin and his team are always there to answer your questions and help you out. They set me up with a super nice unit in Texas and within 24 hours of it going live I got booked for a 15 night stay, couldn’t be happier.

Working with Colin, Susanna and Dulce has been an amazing experience! They have truly made the process of set up and learning extremely seamless. I cannot thank them enough and am super grateful for all the knowledge and dedication they have for their students. It's truly a breath of fresh air to be learning and working with people who actually practice what they teach, and their continued vast practical experience which will pay off in dividends by continuing to be ahead of the market. I am looking forward to my continued learning from their team and scaling my business to heights I never thought were possible. I would highly recommend BNB Launch!
