BNB Investor Academy was the push my wife and I needed to buy our first STR property. We had been looking at properties previously, but just didn't have the confidence that we were running the numbers properly or choosing the right property. We just didn't know what to look for. The academy was a wealth of information, from both coaches and other members alike. I have nothing negative to say about the experience or the people. I will just say that I believe it's a little bit pricey. Did it push us to buy our first STR with confidence? It absolutely did, and we probably would have taken much longer to do it on our own. So in that sense it was well worth it. Overall if you're on the fence about buying a STR, I would recommend joining this academy.

Best investment I've ever made - I wish I could go back and attend this academy instead of obtaining my bachelor's degree; which I've never used. The amount of value, information, resources, and coaching included in the academy is easily worth the price of a 4 year degree if not more. If you apply yourself and participate, you'll learn absolutely everything you need to know to become successful in the STR world in a very short amount of time, so buckle up! Scott, my personal mentor has been incredible and I've greatly appreciated how much knowledge, encouragement, and positivity he's brought to the entire experience. The other community members and coaches have also been incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone is truly here to help everyone else succeed. Highly recommend! Truly a one stop shop to help you understand how to research, obtain and run a successful short term rental. My husband and I have been thinking about purchasing a property for a short term rental for years but didn't even know where to begin. We finally made the leap and signed on with the BNB Academy and took the extra step of getting a mentor and are now closer than ever to our dream of owning our first property. Extremely thorough course. Lays out everything that you could possibly need to know. The information can be found other places, but I am busy person and needed the information to be organized like a course. The bigger help was mentor relationship you get with one of the mentors in the program and finally the community you get access to. The Facebook group is super helpful for questions, encouragement, dealing with issues etc. I really can’t recommend the course enough. This is a huge investment. The course gives you confidence that you can do it. We are already starting to see the results

BNB Academy is a total must if you are entering the STR market. They have super knowledgeable coaches who can help you foresee and work through any obstacles you might encounter. What makes them special is the network of people in the industry who can help you in every step of the process. My coach, Kyle, really knows what he's talking about and with his help we are close to closing our first property.

Our CSM Nick F. advised us on how to get maximum value from the program and has become a friend along the way. As our portfolio has grown, I still check in on the courses when I need them. This is a good program with valuable information. It’s also a good network of people to be linked to going forward.
