I am a skeptical person when it comes to investors telling you they have the solutions to all your problems. I did my research and decided to give the Bnb academy a shot, and in 9 months it’s changed my outlook on my financial future. Everything you read about this is true. Awesome staff/mentors, legit process, and proven concept. Our Bnb got enough bookings to cover the annual mortgage in the first 45 days live on Airbnb. Worth every penny!

We had been wanting to get in to this space for so long, and grateful that we joined this group. From direct interaction with Michael, to our CSM (Scott) working so closely with us, we were able to get our first two properties during the time of the academy. You get out of the program what you put in, but all the resources and help are there. Our only regret is not doing this sooner!

Drew was great! He helped me directly and always made himself available to quickly help me execute. I highly recommend him and hope more people get to work with him moving forward!

I was very hesitant to join this program as anyone I am sure would be. This was our first ever investment property and I’m sure glad I had the help / backing of Michales strategy and Kyle’s day to day support and guidance. This isn’t a program that just takes your money and then forgets about its members, they followup and guide you through every step. I am very happy we went with this company for our first investment property, and thrilled that I was paired with Kyle as my CSM. Many more properties to come in the near Future.

If you have long term rental properties and are second guessing launching them as an STR -- this program will help you launch with confidence and backing from a personal CSM, Michael, and other tried and true team members. We have 3 properties, decided to launch one of them into an STR -- and within 1 hour of pushing the listing live, we received our first booking. Ultimately in our first two weeks we were able to pay the mortgage and some expenses. Month two we tripled our mortgage amount in income, and have been booked 1-2 months out. I knew we'd be successful once we launched, but the fear to get me to that point would not have been possible without the Academy and our incredible CSM Nick. I've started building my community of others that are part of the BNB Academy - and to be able to bounce ideas off of each other and ask questions at any time of day is invaluable. You have a built in teacher and collaboration partner with BNB Academy. We have been live for 6 weeks and have learned so much, and are working on scaling and building our portfolio. Follow the academy, and soak up all the tools and resources that are available for you - invaluable. It’s scary—but the fear of getting started is more rewarding than the regret of never trying.

BNB Academy has been everything I hoped it would be and more. This program has more than paid for itself and has provided comfort in the investing process. My biggest worry going into investing in an airBNB is that you don't know what you don't know. I'm quite grateful for the support across discovery, investment, design etc. I have the best coach I could ask for (shout out to Oliver!) and feel that my path has been structured, collaborative and extremely educational. Excited for what the future has in store!

BNB Investor Academy provided an incredibly valuable learning experience. The content was extremely useful, and the instructors were highly knowledgeable. We primarily worked with Oliver and had some time with Fern before she took maternity leave, and both were fantastic. We started with zero experience in short-term rentals, not knowing where to begin, but the Academy guided us every step of the way. From day one, the instructors took the time to understand our goals and then walked us through the entire process, from researching markets and defining our purchase criteria to analyzing deals and setting up our listing. It was truly a hands-on, "hand-holding" experience that gave us the confidence to make informed decisions and take action. They were available every day of the week through group calls and one-on-one meetings, ensuring we never felt lost or stuck. Thanks to their mentorship, we successfully launched our first Airbnb, which secured 6 bookings within the first 48 hours! We wouldn’t be where we are without their guidance.
