I'm not done dealing with them but i will change my review if they actually do the job. I'm not gonna lie they seem fishy. After telling them to not use AI their work drastically wend down in effort and professionalism. All of a sudden without the use of AI they were unable to fix multiple mistakes on the website they created for me. I fixed them myself- spelling of my name (more than once), services I offer, and pictures that weren't even straight or cropped. Then my usual guy goes away and this new person feels like a scam. Sending wrong reports and then blaming me for said wrong report. I can clearly see he's active and can see my texts but I really think new guy is too lazy to look. Or scared to do the job he's been asked. So far after only a month I feel more drained dealing with this new guy and the website editing from their own mistakes. I'm really praying they actually can help my SEO broaden however from the service so far I'm scared I'll be out $3k without the outcome they promised. If they aren't a scam and do get me clients and actually help I'll be happy to rewrite this review. For now I recommend people not to go to them.
