Over all experience very un happy would not recommend
The BBC tumbler was great. I ordered a purse for a friend. They left off her name, sent 2 the same. When I questioned them about the leather construction, their reply was in the description it states PU leather (fake leather) poly something leather. They did not address the duplication, they did not address leaving off the personalized name. The website is very hard to use. User friendly NOT AT ALL. I need to quite ordering on line! Their final remark was I got what I ordered case closed
