Beware. This company has terrible customer service. I don't believe they are ethical. I ordered black pods in December for my son and then immediately cancelled the order when I read all the negative reviews. I instructed them not to send the product. They didn't. Problem is they never credited my credit card. They pocketed my $$. So I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The credit card company has reached out to this company multiple times and they have yet to reply. They have until March to reply. What a joke. This whole thing is a scam. I can't recommend this product or company at all. If you want a good set of wireless headphones, consider the HiFi Man TWS600. They are a little goofy looking and my son didn't like them so I kept them. You can get them for $99 when on sale. This company makes $8,000 headphones so I'm sure they aren't going to put out a piece of junk. Plus they have good customer service.
