The Jewelry here is more expensive than Pandora and it is cheaply made. When I say cheap I mean turns your finger green. Also had a ring break on me. Just broke in half. Customer service is subpar and the “Guarantee” is a lie. Stay far away from companies like this. Customer service will fight you tooth and nail not to give you your refund back. They tale great pictures of their Jewelry to make it seem top of the line but it really has a Wish brand feel to them. Absolutely horrified with this company.

Cheap jewelry from China.
Not handmade at all. Drop shipped from China. Poor quality. Found same rings on AliExpress for $1.
Same your money and don’t get scammed. Rings came with stones missing and in crappy plastic bags.
**UPDATE** I’ve been wearing these rings for about 5 hours and my finger is already green. I have photos.

SO disappointed :( DO NOT BUY
My order was made in August 2019 and I have emails and pictures to prove what I am saying below.
Maybe the company got bought since and things have changes but my review below is still valid as per my order from 2019. Facts have not changed.
You receive products directly from China so definitely not worth the price.
I have actually returned the products, as they are not well manufactured, they are more a £5 product than a $79 :(
Addition to my comment and 1 star instead of 2:
The company got in touch with me and I provided them with order details to prove I actually really ordered (I also have the proof of email exchanges with their customer service team).
They actually complained to Trustpilot saying they flagged my review as a fake, SUCH A JOKE.
I am more angry than ever now with Blush & Bar attitude, this is poor customer service action really.
Additional comment as of 28th April 2021:
What I am reporting above actually happened so I will not remove my comment.
Is this becoming kind of borderline harassment now?

Lynda:
Our products are not directly from China. This is false- and you are aware of this- our mailing labels prove we ship directly from our fulfillment center in Indiana, USA where the return address is noted on every package sent. Our products are sourced from NYC artisans, and we provide a lifetime warranty. We offer refunds without question, in the first 60 days following package delivery confirmation. This is stated clearly in many places on our website and with order confirmations. If you purchased products before Sept of 2019, these were sourced and sent from overseas, but we acquired this business in Sept 2019 and changed the entire company to be completely based in the US. We changed the policies for warranty issues, and provide prepaid shipping labels for our US customers to return their packages to us. We cannot offer this with international because of the customs forms required to be completed by the party sending the package. We want to work with you, but you stated, "I can't be bothered." This shows you are not willing to provide us with the proper information to identify your order and refund you if your order qualifies and is within the 60 day return for refund window. Without much more than a simple exchange- we could have helped if your order and request is within our guidelines, which is why we flagged your review. If you are legitimate, and would like a refund of your order, work with us, provide us your information so we can identify your order, and we can try to work with you. Our goal is never to make things difficult if there is an issue, but it works both ways. If you are simply pushing negative reviews because you are outside the refund policy window, and you wish to get a refund, this is an illegal act- which is actionable against you, without proof of a legitimate issue. The action becomes illegal when a negative review is posted. Which is where we are now. Should you wish to resolve this situation amicably and without further stress or confusion, I suggest emailing me directly- [email protected], attn: Sarah. If you wish to reconsider your review and remove this considering the information I have shared above, I would highly recommend contacting us directly to resolve your issue and remove the review so that we do not have to continue down the path of taking action to have this removed and further investigated as per the laws against such acts. (The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA)). Please note: we take our company and our livelihood very seriously, and will defend accordingly.

Oh my where to begin....I ordered jewelry of this website and the problems started there. For one it states that it’s super saver 2 day shipping but it’s coming from China! It took over a month to receive and then my order came split up and arrived weeks apart. I was told by their customer service the order couldn’t be canceled (even though it wasn’t shipped out yet)
The customer service REFUSED to refund me and instead offered to send out replacement jewelry? They would not give me my money back even with some pieces missing from my order. They lied to me on different occasions and the jewelry itself is pooooor quality. I ordered gold rings and almost all of them have gone silver within a few times wearing them. It is a scam! Do not use this site.
UPDATE: To the reply below this still won’t give me a refund after emailing the address provided. Just do yourself a favor and don’t shop here.

Their shipment seems bad
Their shipment seems bad. I put in a order for 3 ring on 26th of March. I received a shipment notice after 2 days. when I track the shipment the last update that it shows for is 30th march, saying processing for shipping. Since then there has been no updates. Its been 15days.
The excitement with which I bought these rings is all gone. When tried reaching, they send out an generic email. what is the point of even having one. Pretty disappointing.

Find better on Amazon. Avoid blush and bar!
I came across Blush and Bar on Instagram as I'm sure many of your did as well. I saw their website where they claim they handcraft their jewelry. I ordered one ring and it came with a surprise gift. It took 3 weeks to get to me from CHINA. I wore my ring only twice and then noticed that seven of the stones had fallen out. That's when I looked online for similar rings and saw that I had been scammed. I found a ring almost identical to the one I got from Blush and Bar for a quarter of the price! Same materials and almost exact same design and because I found it on Amazon it had 2 day shipping. I emailed customer service letting them know about the stones and that I wanted to return it and get a full refund. They asked for pictures of the missing stones and after I sent them those they informed me that a new ring would be shipped to me in a few days. I immediately emailed them back telling them once again I wanted information on how to return and get a full refund and they simply responded with a return address and that's it. No other information.
I should have done more research before wasting my money. They seem to delete any bad reviews they get anywhere. I dont trust companies that have absolutely no bad reviews. Nobody is perfect, so that just means they delete them all.

What a scam...
I Ordered a pair of freshwater pearl earrings from Blush and Bar, spent $34 USD. From the ads I’d seen on Facebook and Instagram, I had expected my order to come nicely packaged. Not even close!!
I received a pair of earrings in bubble wrapped, taped with a “Jewelry Palace” label, no indication that it was even from Blush and Bar. Jewelry Palace comes from AliExpress, the same earrings were sold on that website for $5 USD.
What a rip off! If I wanted something cheap, I would have bought something cheap. So disappointed in Blush and Bar. They claim to be a company “without the traditional retail markups” but seemed to mark up my earrings by 680%.
I will not support this company again.

Hi KLB,
thank you for the feedback. We have since removed the earrings and moved to only selling our own branded pieces. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a credit for any merchandise purchased from a third party.
