11.7.18 UPDATED REVIEW- There was a glitch in their email system, so they never received my email responses. They have since rectified the problem and issued a refund. They were very friendly and courteous with their responses. I sent back rings that were the wrong size and am still waiting to hear back regarding a return. I was willing to exchange the rings for another size, but my emails have been ignored.

Edit: I originally gave 2 stars but I was contacted by their service department and the problems were taken care of. I'm happy with my purchase and hope my next order will process smoothly. The jewelry I purchased is beautiful and I have received compliments! (Original Review) I had high hopes. I really thought I'd found a great brand to recommend to friends and family. So far, that's not the case. I ordered 3 rings. The 1st one came in right away and is beautiful! I was excited to receive the rest of my order. It took a full 15 days for it to arrive and both items were wrong. One was the wrong style entirely. The other was the wrong color and the size was way off using their sizing chart. The free gift is a cheap pair of earrings I'll never wear. I emailed to correct the situation and was promised the corrected order within 15 days, but it's now been 12 days and the order still hasn't shipped. I would've never paid this much for one ring. Nor would I have waited this long.
