Free “gift” .... not a gift. I ordered 3 rings for $99 and was to get a free gift with order. The rings came, along with the free gift ... not a gift. I got a plastic ring measuring tape. If I was ordering rings online and didn’t know what ring size I was then maybe that would be nice ???? Not what I was thinking for a free gift. Not happy about that at all. I would have preferred to be told I wasn’t getting a gift at all.

I purchased three rings and they came quite quickly. The rings however looks so tiny and doesnt match what is showing on their website. I know they are supposed to be small and dainty but it just doesnt look like its worth the price (not sure if its because I order a size 5 and they have to downsize the material??) The quality in terms of colour or polish seems just okay but it looks like it’s going to snap at any second. However, I am furious about their special gift ad for the purchase because unlike some reviewers said that they got a pair of earrings, I got a PLASTIC band wrap thing that measures your ring size for your fingers as the “free gift”. I kid you not. Like if you buy a pair of shoes and the sales person told you that you are also getting a free gift and it turns out to be a feet size measuring device (you know the one you see at sport chek or steve madden?) Honestly, I would not be so mad had I not received a free gift if that is what they are “giving away”. Lol seriously, what am I going to do with a ring size measuring band especially AFTER I already ordered from your site? All together my experience with this company is poor but they at least delivered? So its not a complete scam... (I made my order around Christmas time and it arrived in a week!)

I ordered 3 rings from the promotion they were having. 3 different styles and colors. I used their guides to measure my finger size and went with their guidelines even though I knew my ring size was bigger. The rings came in a short few days but did not fit and were not as I saw in the pictures. The rings were cheap looking and felt very cheap almost like costume jewelry. NOT worth the 100+ spent. They make you pay for the shipping to return them, which I did. That was sent on 11/10 and delivered on 11/13 (according to my tracking slip) and I still have not received a refund and they have not been able to "Find" my package. I recommend you do not buy from here.

I ordered the Rebecca ring for my friends 30th Birthday and after wearing it for only 2 days a stone has already fallen out, also a little disappointed with the rose gold colour.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and haven’t gotten any responses. I was going to use the two rings I ordered as wedding bands but now I have to make other plans, in addition to being $90 in the hole. Very dissatisfied.

I bought a ring from here and even with the various offers ($5 off plus a free gift) I still feel like I’ve been scammed. The ring itself is pretty, but the sizing info provided by the site was wrong so it was way too big. The opals are very poorly mounted and there was actual glue coming out from the setting! Even with the glue, the stones are not set straight. Aside from all that, the ring is quite pretty. The “free gift” earring it came with, however, look like they cost about £2 from Claire’s accessories — not at all the luxury item promised.

The ring is pretty but I'm very disappointed with the quality considering the price. If I'd seen it in person, I definitely wouldn't have paid that much for it. I can't imagine how long it will last.

I bought a couple of pieces from them a couple months ago. The first thing I'll say isn't a big deal to some people, but...their slogan is "ditch the junk jewelry", and yet their stuff took a month to get to me with the return address in China. So yes, as you can imagine, the quality is not what it pretends to be. I bought a hammed 14k gold bracelet but it looked somewhat cheap and it's a lot more bendy and thin than I anticipated. It's pretty enough from far away but kind of junky-looking close up. It hasn't tarnished (yet) but I don't wear it all that often. It almost looks like copper, even though I bought it in gold. I complained initially on Google reviews about it hoping they would see it and maybe work on fixing their quality (yes, I'm *that* person...) and they responded apologetically saying they would give me a full refund and a $50 gift card. I was impressed with their customer service, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. I ended up keeping the bracelet anyway because I liked it enough cosmetically, even if it doesn't last. (So I asked not to get a refund and I declined the gift card as well, but at least they offered it to me.) I got a gold ring, as well, which is the thing I'm most bummed about. Again, B&B's slogan has to do with "ditching the junk jewelry" but this ring is only about 2 months old and the gold coating is coming off. For a $60 ring, it shouldn't be turning different colors this soon. I almost always take it off any time I'm washing my hands, putting on lotion, etc. and I work a 9-5 desk job so it's not like I could damage it from sweating or anything. I could have bought the same quality ring for $15 elsewhere. Both pieces were pretty, I'll give it that, but...the lack of longevity isn't worth the price. It's clear if you look at them closely that they're cheaply made overseas and sold at a high profit margin here. Long story short, I don't really trust this company, as much as I wanted to. Their stuff is really pretty but it's just as junky as everything else. Don't be swindled. Edit: I left an honest review on their website about the bracelet and it never got published. I gave it a 2 star. Interestingly, only the 5 star reviews show up on the site..not too surprising or uncommon but just another reason why I don't really trust them...
