Good selection. Person that answers emails was kind of rude, but the issue was on my part. Make sure to read the title and fine print really well. I ordered a movie and don’t pay attention to the pre order part.

Sorry if I came off rude. I was explaining that for digital pre-order items it says Pre-Order in the title and description and then it will have a future release date in the description as well. Also after you order the download you get says this item is not released yet and to please refer to the items description for the release date of the item. This one says TBA, to be announced, as no release date has been given yet. I am always up for suggestions to make it more apparent that the item is a pre-order or not available yet. I can only do so much where customers also do need to read and understand what they are buying.
