I dropped one chest of drawer and a 2 runners were ruined. I have contacted the tech support and they identified the replacement part and helped me during the replacement procedure, especially David G. was extremely helpful, patient and very quick to respond. Thank you!

Unglaublich guter Kundenservice Unglaublich guter Kundenservice! Bei unserer 10! Jahre alten Küche sind sind ein paar Dämpfer verschlissen. Ich wollte eigentlich nur wissen wo ich Ersatzteile beziehen könnte und bekam prompt die verschlissenen Teile KOSTENLOS! geliefert. Wo gibt es das heute denn noch? Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Vielen Dank! ASOLUTE WELTKLASSE Jede Küche muss jetzt Scharniere von Blum haben!!!

I have been dealing with Nathan and Andrew with regard to a pair of drawer runners. I need to identify ones I already had, but was having some real difficulty.
