Had to replace hinges to a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe door. The manufacturers of the wardrobe (Sharp furniture) were not interested , even in a paid visit (£150 call-out charge!) because of the age of the wardrobe (ca 20 years) Therefore contacted the hinge manufacturer, Blum, explained the problem and received a generous number of replacement hinges that were marginally different from the original. Received hinges two days later and NO CHARGE! That is true customer service!. Ended up self-installing hinges with some help from ths company’s web site.

They were absolutely fantastic in helping me source some replacement old Blum hinges for an Ikea freestanding kitchen unit. Delighted with their service.

She ensured the problem was given the relevant attention and came back with a solution within the day. The order was followed up and tracked by the vendor. I was given forward notice of the couriers arrival and the item incredibly well packaged for transit. A wonderful customer service and extremely effective. Our entire kitchen operates on Blum cabinetry and fittings and they are incredibly well designed and robust. Buy with complete confidence in their product and customer care.

Während man mit Hochglanzbildern für Endverbraucher überhäuft wird, ist die Suche nach essenziellen technischen Dokumenten – wie aktuell der Einbauanleitung für das CRISTALLO Glasscharnier – extrem mühsam und zeitraubend. Es kann nicht sein, dass man sich erst durch Schichten von Marketing-Content graben muss, um eine einfache Montageanleitung zu finden. Ein technisches Produkt braucht einen schnellen Zugriff auf technische Daten. Bitte besinnt euch wieder mehr auf die Leute, die eure Beschläge tatsächlich einbauen müssen!

Andy in technical was able to translate what I said into a language that could be understood, gave me advice on how to fix it and sent me some hardware to help FOC. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Blum and their tech team. It is not the first time they have helped me out. Their customer service is outstanding.

Ich brauchte Halterungen für Schubladen unserer 35 Jahre alten Küche. Die Mitarbeiter der Firma Blum haben sich persönlich um Ersatz gekümmert. Innerhab von wenigen Tagen kamen die Halterungen bei uns an, eingebaut und sie passen perfekt. Toller Service. So etwas ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank!
