Totally worthless. I would rate it one-star for the value. The site presents itself as a treasure-trove of recruiting resources but in the end, the value/impact of these services are worthless. Regardless, if you decide to be a member - BE VERY CAREFUL with your membership. They have sneaky ways of hitting you with recurring charges even if you pay for a lifetime membership.

I considered this an investment that would prepare me for the next phase of my career in a new market. It's a significant investment in terms of cost but I believe I got exactly what I needed. I worked with Simeon Wong around general coaching, clarifying my narrative and value, and ensuring this is properly reflected on my CV and LI. It's a journey that you have to be patient about. The resume support and example-based value stories Simeon helped me to identify better prepared me for the job market. I had some misses but I moved through more rounds, felt more in command of what I have to offer and eventually landed a phenomenal new role.

As a TRIUM EMBA student, extremely disappointed with the resume I was given by BlueSteps. I was recommended to use their executive CV writing services and was charged USD 1200 (apparently after a student discount). For the price, one expects a high level executive CV which is both compelling in its format/structure and its content. Unfortunately though, they offer standard writing services with a writer that has no clue about your industry with editing rounds. The feedback from executive headhunters and alumni received is that there is way too much text and that it isn't compelling enough. Frankly time wasted and money lost. Definitely not recommending the service to fellow executives. There are way better CV writing services in the market for a much better price and service.

BlueSteps has been very helpful in launching my next job search. The website is organized and current, although old job postings should probably be removed. Nadine Yong has been the best asset of BlueSteps for me. She is delightful to work with and produced an exemplary resume for me. I have really enjoyed using BlueSteps. Thank you!

Bluesteps offer many of the same basic benefits of similar sites (resume writing, positioning, etc) but I joined because of claims of getting results from recruiters. That is the scam, they simply have association members (which for me were none of the top recruiters in my industry) with no contact information. After getting in their database and realizing the big benefit they offered was useless I asked for a refund, which they refused...
