I ordered a evaporate fan from Blue Star Parts for my refrigerator. At checkout I opted to pay $15 for 2 days Shipping on a $25 or $30 part as I needed the part quickly. After 2 days the part had not arrived so I then contacted customer support. I was told that "2 day shipping" meant that they would process the order and ship it out in 2 days not that I would receive it in 2 days. I don't know about you but that pretty much sounds like regular shipping to me. I'm just very disappointed that there just another company playing word games to take advantage of their customers In the hopes of generating more revenue for themselves. Bobby Haynes

I’m so thankful that companies like blue star still stands on their principles. Recently, I purchased a part that ended up not working out. The part was covered under a warranty. After verifying the issue, a replacement part was mailed to me. It would’ve been easy and probably typical of another company just to ignore my dilemma. Blue star values the customer and wants to uphold a good name.
