Ordered after being scammed by another…
Ordered after being scammed by another company . They told me they ship UPS and I was clear that where I lived it has to be specific as the address is different from my usps . They said UPS! So first thing was I noticed I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order or tracking . They have my email since they send me spam stuff . I had the fortitude to call and the girl said “Oh, they put your email in wrong “ 🙄 Btw this product is a life and death product for a cancer patient and being without it my patient will die . So watching tracking like a hawk I see it’s moving along at a glacier pace . Saturday morning tracking is saying it’s switched at the last minute to usps and the sender is requesting it to come back . Of course now I’m freaking out !!!!! I tried calling and emailing but it’s the weekend . Idk what happened to UPS the girl was very clear but now my patient does not have its thyroid support and I spent half a day yesterday to find someone who is open . Idk how these companies get away with it . I’m going they make it right or I’ll cancel my card. If they do I’ll remove this review . As for my EMAIL it was given over the phone and not typed out as you would like to suggest . It’s a good thing I called to find out where my tracking was . It’s not just a 4 legged friend it’s a matter of life and death ! Now you’ve tried to downplay this I’m really leaving my review . DO BETTER !❗️ Or perhaps not be in the business your in ! Let me remind you of your 2.9 rating in reviews !

While our representative confirmed we ship via UPS, our team wasn't made aware to have a note on file specifying that USPS couldn't deliver to your physical address. -The "Return to Sender" Tracking Glitch: Rest assured, Blue Sky Vitamin did not request to recall your package! Carrier updates during weekend handoffs between UPS and USPS can sometimes show confusing or alarmist tracking statuses while the package is actually just moving through the system.
