Went there last night with my 10 week old puppy who slid on the floor and injured his leg. He was unable to stand or bear weight on his front paw. Whimpering terribly. I was told it would be 6-8 hours before a vet could see him. I realize there are important issues with other animals and I truly respect that. BUT…. How can you tell a patient in an emergency hospital that there’s a 6-8 hour wait. There should be ample vets available for what they charge you. I would tell anyone with an emergency to avoid them at all costs. Needless to say we left and went to a different emergency clinic that is further away from us.

My dog was hit by a car instead of examining all the things that could be done to save her and the resources available to us they were more interested in making sure we knew how much they wanted and how we should just put her down. I found out tonight that my dog could have had a good life. They have given us several different amounts we owe them but have not answered back in the past week about where my dog is. We had wanted her cremated but I am pretty sure they threw her out like trash. I wouldn't take any animal to blue Pearl vet hospital in Tampa Florida.

EVERYBODY PLEASE READ Do not take your pets to Blue Pearl they are rotten horrible uneducated money hungry people They cost our family German Shepard today his life he was 6 years old and they ended his life for him and our family They are getting to go to court now Don’t Go Do yourselves and your pets a favor My husband is with an attorney right now and we are suing them for everything this place has My husband has the states best attorney and This attorney is going after them

Katy, Texas Fry road- location “Coordinated visit by a trusted vet, come to find out she gets paid for us going there! My dog had kidney failure, severe dehydration. They took my dog out of our room 40 minutes, put in an IV in her arm, but never started the IV until they got $3000 from us for an overnight IV service for fluid. Unbelievable. Do not go there. Do not use them unless there is no one available they are leeches. They don’t care they are inhumane to say the least, if I could sue them, I would no compassion. No follow up no care they suck your dog is your family. These people are inhumane shame on them. They prey on people in desperation. Run away! VEG is polar opposite. Go there!!!

My personal experience wasn’t that good … princess, my Shih Tzu, is suffering from heart failure. I received a call from Dr. Harrier in reference to her update, and we got into a debate about who diagnosed her with heart failure. I was under the impression that it was blue pearl, but I was wrong ..however, Dr. harrier got so upset that in the middle of our conversation she hung up on me.. so moving forward I’m feeling optimistic about letting blue pearl care for anyone of my animals at this point, right now I’m skeptical. I also felt a little uncomfortable , when I took princess the first day it seem like the customer representatives at the front desk shows no care …they’re joking and laughing, they either have to be educated or they simply just don’t care, but you’ll see it for yourself you don’t need to hear it from me. but after speaking to the Doctor who is the primary physician for Princess, and hands up on me in the middle of a conversation, that’s sort of enough for me, In The middle of a thank u…I need no more . Killed my friends dog.

The Veterinarians' Blood Bank (TVBB) confines nearly 900 dogs & cats to crowded pens for life, bleeds them repeatedly every 3 weeks, & sells their blood to BluePearl. please do not take your pet here, they do not care about where they are sourcing their blood.

This veterinary hospital is the worst from start to finish. I feel they do not really care about anyone's pets, they are just there to fill their pockets full of our money. Just to let you know, pets are a family member too, just in case you didn't know. I feel they really dont care about a family's pet. The service Blue Pearl provides is below a 1 star rating. If there was an option for negative I would give them a negative 5. This veterinary hospital should not even be in business. I have been waiting four days for Blue Pearl to send a script over to my veterinarian, and after several phone texts they finally called over there to get a confirmed email address. Never again will I use this Veternary Hospital, nor recommend them to anyone.
