DO NOT BUY THE BOOKS LAMP!! Plastic tat. Badly made. Not like photo. Battery operated. Words fail me what a rip off. And that’s just the overpriced “product”. Also took over 2 months to arrive plus numerous emails. My 4 year olds in school could decorate something better.

I ordered book lamp back in October for Christmas gift, had handful.of emailed telling me when it was to be dispatched! Still.waiting tried emailing their customer service for further details or refund was directed to a tick box which made no sense. Complete scam.

Appalling customer service and communication. I would never use this company again. Lamp ordered 10th Nov and still no sign of delivery or even an estimated date despite numerous emails, most of which have been ignored, including my refund request.

I would give this company no stars if I could. I bought the lamp, it took over 6 weeks to arrive and was a terrible product - badly made, overpriced, non-sustainakle, contained no returns slip. With difficulty I contacted the company online to arrange to return it and was told by some bot that it would be easier for me to keep it, as I would have to pay a lot to return it and the refund process was very long. It also maintained that it was an excellent product!! I strongly advise no one to buy from these people.

Product, Stained Glass Stacked Books Lamp, not as advertised. Should be "Richly hued Tiffany-style stained glass pieces carefully soldered together", but was cheap plastic with a battery operated LED lamp. No glas, no soldering, no handcrafted but cheap mass-produced plastic from China.

I received the flashlights today, and they are nothing like what is advertised. These seem to be children toy, and the cost is too much considering the poor quality of the product. The light only light a tiny area, and does not flood a large area as advertised. I give it two thumbs down.
