3/23/24 Ordered gardening watering system off Facebook add. Advertised “Fog cooled automatic watering system - 49% off.” Beautiful video showing easy attach small blue connectors, brass fittings and spray heads, adjustable nozzle head with long adjustable arms. In 4/5/24 received order. Came from someone named “Sonya Savage” in CA. No shipping info. Cheap, fat orange and red plastic heads. No adjustable arms, no brass and fat orange, red and green parts. Then the nightmare started. Trying to return. Blueorxy is a shadow sponser. They take a cut. Then I was charged from PayPal and direct from my Visa by another sketchy company called Ascribei. They had contact information in Chinese which all lead back to Ascribi. No contact number. Emailed and received automated system that said they would send complaint to appropriate department.

The worst product I have ever purchased online! A phone cover that arrived with missing stones! Getting nowhere with a refund! Absolute rubbish! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality is terrible, one star is one stars too many! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

The advertisement for the coconut coir blocks is completely deceptive. The blocks were supposed to be the size of the entire shipment of what I actually received

Mottog ett skadat mobilskal. Betalade dyrt för något man kunde köpt på Temu. Dålig service, lång leveranstid och ingen ansvarskänsla.

Ridiculous misleading scammers. I orders a wire wheel for my weed whacker, ad said easy instructions for any machine. Came with no instructions or parts, just a wheel. I cud get at any tool shed store. Took 15 days to arrive. I'm still waiting for $100. Of coconut soil. I get tracking notice I feel now is fake. Said Portugal , then Italy, no USA. Anyway had I know it was global I would have gone to Home Depot. It's dirt. Been 30 days still waiting. Joke scam company do not use BLUEOxy

If I could give no stars I would. Item arrived in factory wrapping. When I op-ed two stones were missing from around the iPhone cover. Took photo and sent to customer service. Reply said items are checked before they leave the factory so problem must be my end. Email to say what or service this was only to be told they would refund $3.00USD. Would advise no one to use them.

This is an EXTREMELY dishonest company and if there were a possibility of giving NO star I would use it. They charged me $ 12.61 TAX on an item that should have been $ 3.03 ! ( they collected a profit of $ 9.58). As soon as I realized this I requested immediate cancellation of the order, which they ignored. I requested it REPEATEDLY, they always ignored me. Buyer beware, they are crooks!

Absolutely horrible! One of the worst online buying experiences ever! Nasty plastic trashy item that was nothing like the picture or description. Plastic shell which was broken when it arrived. I opened a case with PayPal but the sellers want this back by tracked airmail which is not refundable. I didn’t want to throw good money after bad, so I’ve thrown the thing in the bin where it belongs.
