Beware of Blue Mail Media

I contracted with BMM on or about 8/6/25 and paid them $1,500. They were supposed to deliver a specific set of data for businesses in AL. I made it very clear what the parameters where. The agreed to have the list on 8/14/25. They also said their marketing department would put together an email template which they did do a few days later. The quality of the work was so poor that even the company name for our email was spelled incorrectly. Very unprofessional work and just generally sloppy. I told them it would not work. In the meantime, they delivered the list to me on 8/1/425 at about 4:55pm...when I opened the list it wasn't even close to the parameters we discussed. At this point I realized this company had misrepresented themselves in the sales pitch and I decided that I could not use them as it would damage my company’s reputation. If the preliminary work is so poor that it was obvious that we needed to part way. I have requested a refund a couple times but I cannot get a straight answer from the company. In the meantime, I engaged another company to provide the list I needed and they were able to complete the list within a couple hours...as opposed to waiting a week for a list that I cannot use. I have told BMM that this was not a good fit and we should just part ways. They have not delivered what they promised and I have no faith that they will ever be able to. That is why I am seeking a refund and since they refuse, I am filing this complaint. They are misrepresenting their abilities.

Our team delivered the requested dataset and email template within the agreed timeline and offered revisions as soon as you shared your concerns. Although the project was fully completed and delivered, WE STILL ISSUED A REFUND AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL - so it is incorrect to state that it was refused. All service capabilities and timelines were communicated clearly before the engagement. We respect your decision to discontinue the project, but your review does not accurately represent the work completed or the support provided by our team. We remain committed to delivering transparent and high-quality service to all clients.
