Blue Fang Solutions LLCReviews of bluefangsolutions.com

I am with these guys for some time now and I can only say that I am very happy with it. Before I took the server I was a little sceptic because of some reviews of bad support and that kind of stuff on other sites but they have been nothing but great. They give me great and quick support whenever I need help with settings on my server. As long as I will keep playing online server games I will always stick with you guys :)

Great ping time. Fast and friendly customer service. A fair price. What else do you need in a server host. I have had service with them for about 3 years between 7 days to die and Ark. Its the place to be.

Tracy was very helpful from customer support. Efficient and pleasant to work with.

BlueFang Solutions is great! The customer service is fast, coherent, and helpful. If you're looking for quality servers with great customer service, this is the place to go.

great company, very helpful with problems

Decided to rent a server for 7 Days to Die so I could play with a few friends without them having bad ping trying to connect to me, knew nothing at all about servers so googled away, Bluefang Solutions seemed like the best option for me with all the other good reviews out there, and only after a week or so there support team has been extremely helpful I didnt even pay for the silver service (i think that was what it was called) option but I seem to get gold service anyway, every question asked received a very quick answer and if it was something I was seriously stuck on the support team would do it for me. Will be looking into renting a few other servers for different games with these guys.

fast response fixed my issues

These people are awesome they go above and beyond customer service. If you need a change to your server I've never had it take longer than 15 minutes. Always polite and knowledgeable.
