I am new to renting and having my own server. After doing some research, I decided to do business with Blue Fang and right off the bat I know I have made the right decision. i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions

honestly, the fastest support you will ever see. and I have rented from multiple hosts. that alone is so very helpful when any issue occurs. 5 stars in my book.
