Blue Fang Solutions LLCReviews of bluefangsolutions.com

I have had two issues setting up my space engineers server.. not only were the support staff willing to help me out they replied with-in minutes of my request. Tracy @support is by far the best admin I have worked with for online support of any service!

I've used BlueFang for about a year now to host a family Minecraft server. The service provided has always been VERY responsive, professional, and patient. I'm a satisfied customer!

Tracy and Craig, Both are wonderful and the most helpful techs when it comes to server configs, both show extreme patience and are willing to explain and even go the distance to double check the work that you think you did right. For instance, we recently removed our join password from our servers and lost all the clusters to the main server. After 3 days of figuring things out ourselves, we decided to contact tech support, and Tracy, came on and instantly helped us get our server back up and running. It was a check mark we forgot to unselect on our server search. It took only 3 mins. Such wonderful staff!! Keep up the great work you guys!

Amazing, and absolutely outstand customer service. The website and user interface designs work seemlessly and are incredibly smooth, absolutely worth the time to invest.

The guys are smart fun and always there to bend over backwards to help in anyway they can i will always use blue fang!

every time I use them I am always amazed at how fast they get things done. Great group of people.

The best part of the service is the customer service. You don't feel like you're on your own at any time, and server related issues are usually remedied swiftly, as in minutes. I am satisfied with my care.

Totally new to setting up servers and was met with great patience for my "stupid" simple question. Happy with their service and the site is very much user friendly!
