As a product this is as typical as any other med. The BIGGEST issue is there Customers Support and lack of transparency when it comes to charges. Their system is automatically designed to pull funds from your account without a current acknowledgment. I'm currently in a dispute over this exact thing. My account has been on Hold for over a year. I decided to look at the other products, and by doing that it activated my account with no warning and charged my card. I immediately contacted them to inform them I didn't want to restart my account, and followed all the necessary steps, but didn't hear from them until 30 hours where they refused to cancel and refund me.
