So when you pick your prescription you have the option to skip a month. I literally got mine at end of January due significant weather and it was delayed. I selected skip for February as I had a full supply and they charged me for February.i reached out and they said it was too late even though it was still processing to cancel. So be careful if you plan on not needing it cancel a month before you know cause you'll be charged anyways.

I’ve been using bluechew.com for about 2 years now. I have never had a subscription based company make it any easier to control the shipments. They spoon feed you the ability to quit, pause, slow down, speed up, or increase your shipping. I’ve legit never had one issue and their prices are right in line with everyone else. Bonus that you’re not dealing with some sketchy website. I’m surprised by the bad reviews as I feel like if they really were a 2.5 star company, I would have seen it by now. Easy 5 stars for me.

I have been receiving Bluechew for 3+ years now and have never had an issue. Most of the complaints on here are either mad about DHL/USPS shipping times..(Which isn't any companies fault) or that they don't provide customer support which is also a lie as I have chatted with an RN at Bluechew at 3am before. The product works great and its pretty obvious you just cant please everyone.

Zero customer service unless being lied to is considered "service". Placed an order and paid for 2-3 day delivery. 6 days later, DHL has the package with zero updates and Bluechew offers zero support or advice other than to wait. They refuse to refund the extra ship charge and blame DHL. I didn't purchase from DHL. I will never use again and started a chargeback because I don't think I will ever receive my order. I also will report the card I used as lost so I can de done with this company forever.

I placed an order and paid for overnight shipping and after 7 days of calling and wondering where my package is I was told by UPS that it was lost and Blue chew was going to immediately send out another package through USPS yet it's sat there for another day and then was shipped through DHL slow service which means my package won't be here for another 7 days. Having to wait 14 days for an overnight package is ridiculous and the customer service I have received was horrible it says that they are available 24/7 yet it takes 3 days to get a response
