This was one of the most informative programs I have attended in years. Coming from a law enforcement background and having taught in a police academy prior to my current "retirement" job, I have sat through numerous seminars, presentations and other similar learning experiences and none come close to this one. The class was well organized, well presented by a very engaged presenter and was kept interesting until the end. This class was full of information that will be useful to the 1st responder community. I only wish that more LEO's had attended, but Fire and EMS were well represented. 2 thumbs up!!!

Very interesting presentation, an engaging presenter, brought a lot of insight into thetopic.

I really learned a lot and the instructor did a really good job

Very good program, helped me fix my assumptions of how to communicate with autistic people.

It was a great eye opener for me and have told everyone about it, thanks for your time and knowledge and sharing it with all of us

Very important class, and very well presented.

The information presented came with a lot of real world context! I appreciated the level of involvement!

An amazing class for all first responders, but especially EMS!! Gerald's passion was great and he taught clearly how we can have empathy with our patients and parents. He gave us simple tools that will truly help us in serving our community better. It was a true honor to sit through his class and look forward to utilizing what he taught us.
