I just got an email with a Blex tracking # from a scam that I ordered from that I couldn’t cancel. I know it’s not coming hearing from other reviews. So, hopefully I’ll get a refund real soon from cc company. Gonna do extensive research before I shop online again!

Terrible courier service. Misplaced my package and had no idea where it was until the higher ups got involved weeks later. They continued to lie and stall. This company shouldn't exist.

A pathetic ever service. Should be banned and discontinued by authorities. Liars and totally not reliable. Riders lie and never deliver orders. I after 2 months and replacing my order 4th time did not receive it. Rider contacted but did not come and instead gave a feed back with remarks that customer did not picked up call.

Very poor and pathetic services I ordered my parcel and it been more than a month the tracking record is showing that ordered delivered to customer but didn't receive it yet.. and there's no customer services when you call them they just said k queries have been noted EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES

Extremely poor delivery service. My parcel arrived in my city a week ago and is still undelivered. There’s no proper communication, no updates, and no urgency. What’s the point of tracking if the parcel just sits there? Very frustrating experience
