Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern you may have experienced. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding regarding your recent order. After you contacted us about a purchase you didn’t recognize, we took immediate steps to investigate and ensure your concerns were addressed. Although our usual policy does not allow for refunds, we made an exception in this case to prioritize your peace of mind. The Shopify system did flag the order as potentially fraudulent due to multiple card attempts, which prompted us to take precautionary measures, including canceling the order and issuing a refund. We understand how unsettling situations like this can be, especially if there may be issues with your payment security. We hope the steps we’ve taken have helped to resolve the matter, and we’re more than willing to provide further assistance if needed. If there is anything else we can do to assist or further clarify the situation, please let us know. We believe we have done everything within our power to resolve this matter, but we are always here to help if needed. Warm regards, BloxDoor Staff
