Placed a order on the site, they didnt give me a verification code, i went to their support, and they didnt help me, they kept asking me for the verification code even tho i specified i didnt have it

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, if your card or payment account asks for a verification code, that code is issued by your bank or payment provider, not by BloxbuyX. This is usually a 3D‑Secure (3DS) security step. If you are not the cardholder, you will not receive the code, and we cannot access or generate it. Our support team can only continue once the payment provider’s verification is completed.
