This company is a rip-off. I ordered two dresses for $82. They didn't fit and were of poor quality. When I tried to return them under their 30-day return policy they offered me $15 and told me to keep the dresses. When I pointed out that their return policy made no mention that you would lose 80% of your purchase price if you returned anything they offered me $25. When I complained again they said the best they could do was $40 and that returns were impossible because it would have to be shipped to Dubai and that was too expensive. When I posted a negative review on their website not surprisingly they deleted it. I would not trust any positive reviews of this company. Stay away from them.

The dress sent did not lay right on the top half. The return process is a nightmare - constantly trying to lowball me to keep the item when the item was not right. No where on their site do they say buyer pays shipping back - they refunded but not even what I paid for the item ordered. And it's basically Temu you're ordering from but with a different name.

Do not order anything from this company! When I tried to return a sweater that did not fit, the company website pretended they did not recognize my order number.

I ordered a sweater a few months ago. I eventually received it after a long wait. However, I ordered a large and I received a small. All attempts to rectify the situation have fallen short. No one ever gets back to me. I took a chance and ordered another sweater about a month ago and to date, I haven't received the sweater. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Products took almost three weeks to arrive and do not fit properly, way over-sized. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Impossible to get a number for customer service and their customer email does not exist to arrange a refund. The company advertises they are made in the USA and clearly they are not. Be warned do not order anything from Blooroy.

I placed my order over 6 weeks ago. I got word that it was on the way two weeks ago but the USPS tracking number shows that a label was created but USPS hasn't actually received the package yet. I've contacted the customer service and they email back that it's on the way. Really? The English they use to describe things is suspect. There is no phone number to call. All I want is an honest answer from them. The greatest frustration has been their customer service. I will NEVER order from them again. Let's hope I get the package eventually. Finally got my order and none of the three sweaters work for me. I was told that a packing slip would be with the order with directions to return there was nothing with the sweaters. The email order confirmation has a button to exchange or return but it doesn't work. There is a link on their website but when you click on it, the link says page isn't available. I have tried every way to find out how to return these items and get a refund. I'm getting NO ANSWER! I'm out well over $100 and can't even get any help. I have since contacted my credit card company who is looking into the matter--their rep suspects there is fraud going on and I agree. PLEASE AVOID this company at all costs.

Haven’t received my order yet. Ordered in November. Contacted company as the tracking number they gave said the item hadn’t moved for 3 weeks. Was told it was in the way. I’m in Northern California. The tracking started in Southern California and is now in Chicago. Says I will have my order December 26th. Will update. Always buy with pay pal. You will get your refund and pay pal will deal with the company. Update. I did receive my order Dec. 28. It got here in a roundabout way going back to Chino where it started after going to Sacramento, which is about 20 miles from me. Anyway, South Carolina was no where on the tracking, but I digress. The sweater is a bit large and the closure is not as well fitted as the picture shows. There is a small opening right in the middle of the front. I’ll have to figure out some way to close it so it looks right. The fabric is okay. I haven’t worn it yet because of the opening in the front so we shall see. I was hoping for a better experience. The clothes look really nice on line. Just be careful. The 3.7 out of 5 rating for the company is about right.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. AS others have said, this company falsely advertises items are shipped from South Carolina. Maybe once they come in from Asia on a tanker that takes 3 weeks to get here. I tried to return a sweater and they offered my $8 and keep the sweater. I wanted a full refund as they say in their 30 day refund guarantee. They told me I needed to mail back to Dubai. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
