These people are HORRIBLE. Say away! They will not do any size exchanges or returns. They will offer you 0.25 on the amount you spent. After many many email they refused to help me or exchange my clothes. Stay away and save yourself frustration.

The process of returns is misleading. They state “FREE return within 30 days” but later add “only returns if item is flawed”. They offered me $7 and keep item. Their photos are misleading and it’s extremely difficult to get responses.

My return experience with Blooroy was horrible! First, they questioned my need to even return the item stating they could correct any problem. Then, Blooroy did not even refund the full price of my item when asked for a full refund. When asked, Blooroy did not provide a return label for shipping either. Blooroy offered me $10 to keep the item then $20. I doubt this company will be in business long if they have to pay customers to keep their items. This was the worse return experience I have ever experienced in all my shopping years. I will NEVER make another purchase from this company again and caution all consumers against purchasing from them as well.

Don’t buy from this company! They are liars . I can’t return an item I bought . They gave me a address that does not exist. Total sham company! Beware 10-4-2024

I have four beautiful dresses that don’t fit. I have emailed 3 requests to return. No response as of now. Very disappointing… I followed to instructions on email to process a return. There is no way to call. Please advise!!’

The dresses looked nothing like the ones advertised. Cheap and nasty rubbish is all I can say. Ad says free shipping well that was rubbish too. I had to pay $17 for postage even though I was over the limit to qualify. That should have been my warning. When I tried to return the products they tried every trick in the book not to give me a return address and not to give me a full refund. It took 10 emails back and forward about my refund and in the end they only offered me less than half of what I paid. Don't waste your money!!!

If it could be a negative I would give one. Ordered a dress, does not fit and they will play the mail game with you offering 8,20 dollars to keep the dress but will not let you return.
