I ordered the product in July I showed in progress to postal service. 8 days later it cancelled. The showed up again as a delivery item with postal service once again it disappeared no refund in sight customer service is no help matter fact rude

You tell me if it's a scam. I placed my order and it has sat waiting for USPS to receive order for more then a week. I told them over weekend that I'm contacting the back and this morning they issues a refund. But why would they refund if they HAD Shipped like they said?

They are possibly the worst company to order from. When you contact customer service about the shipping problems they give generic responses. Since this is a sister company, binoid seems to be no good either. They send out many emails prompting people to buy, but they hardly send the product out to ship. If you ever bought from anywhere else, they’re your best bet. Still haven’t gotten any updates about delivery from them, that 12 days ago.

THEY LIED SAYING THEY SENT MY PACKAGE! TRIED TO BLAME IT ON USPS, AFTER CALLING USPS AND GIVING MY TRACKING THEY SAID “we haven’t received the package to ship”.. I email them asking for a refund for the 2nd time now and advised them exactly what USPS told me and I told them I want a refund ASAP. They responded the next day & give me a shipping refund.. stating the package is in transit.. they literally took it to USPS at 6:47 PM!!! I sent the message asking for a refund at 10 AM that morning and also three days prior to that!!!! And now they’re stating they can’t give me a refund

This is a company that does not have a good handle on shipping practices. I ordered and paid for a subscription, to prevent gaps in pain management. I picked 3 day priority. If you ordered around Aug 9th, know that pallet is current in limbo due to shipping management not alerting usps there were two sheets to scan at pickup. They are blaming usps for the delays, when they are the ones to drop the ball on this. While I did recieve a refund for shipping, they are refusing to do anything by the 20th. They will not send out my Sept subscription order ahead, even though they "hope" the issue will be resolved, claiming they do not have a way to bypass that. Any person in computers worth their salt knows that is not true. Bad practices, and I really do not appreciate being lied to about usps. They work hard enough as it is, so stop throwing them under the bus. I've been bothering them for days now, and got the actual truth from usps.

I ordered something on July 31st and here it is August 11th. I've reached out to them several times and they keep telling me to wait till August 14th and that it's usps's fault it's not their fault I've called them they never received the package I don't know what's going on these people are taking people's money and not shipping the packages out they're giving you tracking numbers but not shipping the stuff out I told them to give my money back or my s***. If they don't then I don't know what we can do but we need to get together and file lawsuit against these people this is wrong. You try to call them and they just tell you to leave a message and the emails of course say the same thing wait till August 14th and if they don't if the problem isn't fixed said they would reship it. It was never shipped in the first f****** place. I'm outraged I'm going to fix the income as it is and really didn't have the money to spend but all of the local stores are evidently is a band on THC products now except for certain items I don't know they're waiting to find out more I guess with the laws and stuff before they do anything else so I could have ordered from another place online I usually order from but this one said fast shipping so I decided to try it. I should have stuck to the original company I was using at least I knew I would get it and if there's any issues they fix it this company is a joke and they are piece of s***. I should have came on here to read the reviews instead of the reviews online because I would have never bought it. I've kept the emails I've got my tracking number my order ID number oh and yeah the first order ID number when I went to question them about my shipment I gave them my order ID number and they said oh no that's not the right number and then change the number on me which that was my first red flag and then took gave me another ID number and a tracking number and it's been stuck since August 4th on pending shipment waiting for the shipment and the post office I talk to them they have not received it they printed a label for it but they never got it so they told me to reach out to bloomz/binoid whatever your name is and that's a joke of course. And I think if they're trying to scam with two different companies or trying to make you think it's two different companies I don't know but I want my money or my product NOW....

Never sent product lie and blame the post office,after seeing numerous reviews like this will ne notifying Florida AG's office of pattern of fraud.

Une étoile est déjà bien trop. J’ai commandé il y a des mois je n’ai jamais rien reçu. A FUIR ! Faites passer l’information ils sont voleurs car EN PLUS NE RÉPONDENT PAS AUX MAILS ET DONC JE N’AI JAMAIS ÉTÉ REMBOURSÉ.
