This service is a thinly veiled scam. They claim they offer editing, but they do not. After chapters of editing, they weren't able to catch typos, didn't review grammar or sentence structure at all, and didn't have consistent corrections for things like punctuation use. They require payment in advance, then refuse to provide refunds when they fail. They try to handle everything by phone so there are no documented records of complaints or resolutions, but even with months of emails documenting expectations, agreed formatting rules, and editing goals - they still refuse. After over a year of fighting, I have 3 chapters I mostly edited myself, an about the author/intro/dedication with errors that were never corrected, a cover that I'm genuinely concerned is Ai generated, and am thousands of dollars poorer. Under no circumstances should you work with this company. Per the request of the company, I am updating this review with additional details: My original contract was with Jonathan I. and it was later transferred to Jason W. My pen name is the one listed on this account: N.E. Howard. This was what was placed on my cover and was in my manuscript.

I have been in the publishing industry for about 13 years and know what to expect when it comes to getting a book out on the marketplace. We were dealing with formatting issues and gremlins. Alex slayed the dragon on this one, and gracefully navigated through this cumbersome endeavor. Moreover, Alex is a marketing wizard and knows what precisely it takes to launch an aggressive, viable, marketing campaign. We are still working with Alex on a daily basis, because we are, unequivocally, not finished with getting our book out there on as many platforms possible. Alex's ideas and concepts are unparalleled to any others. All I can say is "listen" to Alex and take heed to his recommendations!

I have no experience dealing with publishing and was not sure what to expect when trying to publish a book. Alex and others walked me through all the steps and if I didn't quite understand, He talked to me until I did. I am grateful for the experience and hope Blooms Publishers knows that. Thanks to all, Jerry Alexander.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blooms Publishing Services for my historical fiction novel's manuscript editing and cover design, and I must say, their work is nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the quality of their services exceeded my expectations at every turn. What stood out most was the Project Director, who demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism and expertise. They not only listened attentively to my vision and requirements but also offered invaluable suggestions, such as restructuring my narrative timeline and enhancing character arcs through deeper backstories, that significantly enhanced the overall impact of my book. Their guidance was instrumental in helping me achieve my publishing goals, especially in navigating the complex historical elements of my story. The entire collaboration was marked by clear communication, with responses typically within 24 hours, weekly progress updates, and a genuine commitment to delivering top-notch results. Despite the challenging deadline of completing the project within three months, the team maintained exceptional quality throughout. Their systematic approach to editing and design revisions, with organized feedback rounds, made the process smooth and efficient. The final cover design captured the essence of my story perfectly, and the edited manuscript retained my voice while significantly improving clarity and flow. I wholeheartedly recommend Blooms Publishing Services to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality publishing support, especially for historical fiction and research-heavy manuscripts. Whether you're a first-time author or a seasoned writer, their team will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. The investment in their services proved invaluable, considering the dramatic improvement in my manuscript's quality and the professional finish of the final product.
