False Advertisement
Wrote the following email to customer Service, support team, and advanced management. Never heard back from them and it’s been 2months: Dear BloomNation Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund and the immediate termination of my services with BloomNation. This decision follows the ongoing and unresolved issues regarding my website redesign, which have not been addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, due to the failure to deliver the standards promised at the onset of our partnership, I am canceling due to false advertising. Please process the refund and confirm the discontinuation of my account as soon as possible.

Hi Laura, Thank you for taking the time to write, and I am sorry your experience has fallen short of what you expected from us. I do want to respectfully correct one point for anyone reading. Our records show a supervisor was assigned to your account within a day of your escalation, and that between July 10 and August 13 she sent you 13 emails and placed 9 calls to both numbers on your account, including on the two dates you asked us to call. We also have your written approval to launch your site on June 30, and the design requests you raised were completed or answered in writing. I would rather fix this than debate it. I have emailed you directly with a senior review of your site and a clear answer on your account.
