total scam keeptaking money out of my account when I've already cancelled

Absolutely a scam company. If you take their enticing quiz online and then pay them one dollar to see the results, They sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge, at 39.99 a month.

SCAM. Paid $1 for results, but then unexpectedly charged $39.99 for something I NEVER signed up for nor even knew about

Same - paid $1 for a report I never read - next minute $39.99 scammed from my account and receiving reporst I never asked for. In my country we have a commerce commission that these kind of scams are reported to - what is available in the US?

This company took money without any warning or showing the amount that would be taken. The tab says ‘go deeper’ do not touch it as it will immediately take money from your account without letting you know the cost - surely this breaches conduct!

Total scammers. Like everyone else on this review platform, I participated in a questionnaire from this US based business that I came across on Facebook and ended up being charged $1 to get the results. Thinking that $1 wasn't much, I paid via my PayPal account but then a couple of days later got hit with an unauthorized charge of AUD$59 to my PayPal account under the name of UAB DREAMFIN. My card provider was quick to send me a message about a possible fraudulent transaction, so I instantly blocked any further auto charges and lodged a fraud complaint with Paypal, who pretty much investigated and reversed the charge within an hour. Huge credit to both Paypal and my card provider who both acted very fast. I then ended up having to block and replace my credit card to prevent these scumbags from causing ongoing issues. So beware because this mob preys on the most vulnerable people in our community. I bet their mothers would be very proud of them....!

Utter Scam. I emailed informing them as well. Their ad asks for you to take a 2 minutes test which is actually 5 minutes then asks for money for your results.
