This is a scam. Small payment, then take further ones without requesting

Scam - provided no service, charged me $30/ mth which I hadn’t agreed to . Refused to refund . Only had robots on support email who sent standard policy response

I made a mistake of getting a one dollar report back in August. They’ve been charging me 29.95. I’m pretty sure weekly. I’m still assessing the damages. It lets you think you canceled, but you really have to go and enter a verification code in order to actually make your cancellation go through. It will keep charging you until you do it. And the website doesn’t make it easy.

This is a scam. Do not engage they will take your money until you cancel your card

They are crooks I didn't know I was being charged or a member when I found out today I couldn't even get into the website you suck I will write a bad review I want a refund

Scam - hidden subscription after a minimal fee for an enneagram and then an immediate recurring monthly charge of $39.99 through your payment method. Beware and avoid.

I agree with the reviewers who say this is a scam. If however you've been persuaded to part with the 1.99 and then find you signed up to a regular payment, it is actually quite easy to cancel. I emailed support at bloominto dot co and got an immediate answer and was rapidly told how to unsubscribe - an unnecessarily long winded process, but it's worked - I hope!

Like a lot of people I paid £1.99 for a report which was useless and despite cancelling the subscription immediately, I was charged $39.99. I emailed to complain and they told me to cancel then ignored me when I said I already had. They have just charged me again. I don’t know what to do, other than contact my bank.
