Very unhappy. Bad quality. Very thin material. Tiny. Based on the $60+ I paid I expected the blanket to be as big as they advertised or at least allow me to wrap it around my body. Took very long to be shipped. Missed mother’s day and her birthday. I have requested to return and they have never gotten back to me. Huge waste of money and I’ve been too embarrassed to even show it to my mom. Don’t trust them.

I ordered from them over a month ago, received them relatively on time, but I never received my "free mystery gift" that came with the mother's day sale. I contacted them on multiple occasions and there was no response. who handles the emails??? plus, the shipping prices are atrocious. sometimes they cost more than the item itself. I get it, as a crocheter myself, it takes a long time to crochet anything. Clearly they either are understaffed and overworked, or they are ignoring their emails because they don't want to hold responsibility. And on top of it all, THEY USE AI! want to know why they look way better in the website than irl? I processed their images and literally all of them are confirmed to be AI. They send promotions every single day, all with AI images with wrong proportions and weird physics, and try to shutup bad reviewers by giving them promo codes to indulge more into their scam. SHAME ON YOU BLOOMIE BLANKETS FOR USING AI.

I made an order in 4/20/26 that says it was delivered on 5/4/2026, but it never was. I've sent 6 inquiries with no response. Money wasted!

Took 3 weeks to receive the blanket. I wanted to return it because it was much smaller and the quality was terrible. They took long to respond; like a week the first time. I said I wanted a full refund with return, they messaged 6 days later asking me to put it in a certain format and if I wanted to keep it for 25% refund. I said no, put it in the format they wanted. They then sent another email saying put your return request in another format. I did. By this time we were almost to the 30 days return window. I disputed the charge on my card and never heard from them again.

Customer service is terrible. My order automatically placed using my old house address. I emailed them straight away - within seconds asking for it to be cancelled. I messaged them on all platforms they had available and they finally replied on tiktok telling me they will cancel. A couple days later they’ve sent an email to say my order is about to be sent off anyways. I replied back straight away and told them to cancel just like they had agreed They replied saying they will send me a return label when it arrives. I have been emailing all month to get this return label with no response. The only response I got was to say to review them Seen as this is the only way they want reaching out too. Please reply to me urgently and send me my returns label. Honestly save your time, money and stress there’s so many other lovely companies selling the same product for a fraction of the price and the quality of them is amazing and their customer service team, respond right away! Non of the reviews on here and exaggerated unfortunately. Very stressful company

DO NOT BUY THEIR ITEMS!! I bought a blanket for Mother’s Day on April 30th we are now in June and I never received it or got a confirmation email or anything been trying to track this company down has been impossible. Absolute scam don’t know how they have a running business.

Order a blanket over a month ago. Was for mothers day. It has never updated. Emailed the company at least 2 times no response. This has been a pretty horrible experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Never received, customer service is a joke. Would NOT recommend.
