I made an order on the 28/04 ORDER #103421 and apparantly it was shipped to the wrong location - that wasn’t even a location i could go to. I’ve followed up with the company numerous times and have heard nothing - 3 months later. Bought as a mother’s day gift So upsetting. Such a shame because it’s a fantastic business idea. Highly don’t recommend.

Placed an order on their website. It proceeded to automatically connect to my shop account rather than asking for an address. This is when i realized it was shipping it to me instead of my partner who is currently in another state. I quickly sent an email that same very hour that i placed the order requesting a fix(June 4th). A couple days pass but i got a simple "I'll fix it." (June 6th) June 7th I sent another email to customer service requesting the new tracking number. I got a response around 2 hours later stating "I will find out and let you know." There was no follow-up. I proceeded to follow up myself on June 11th, 12th, and 14th. Only getting a response on the 14th saying "its on the way" (didn't come remotely close to answering my question.) Fast forward to June 21st, and the package tracking number (the original one, since i was never given one for a corrected package) reported that it was out for delivery in my town. I am now having to mail it to my girlfriend myself due to their teams disappointing incompetence and lack of care. Absolutely poor ordering experience. I am absolutely disappointed and I've genuinely never gone out of my way to write a negative review in my entire life.,
