Been 3 weeks since I ordered the product, still isn’t here. First 2 emails I got was the same automated response, not answering the question I had about my specific order. Supposed to be a nice Christmas gift, obviously wasn’t here in time. Extremely disappointing.

This package never arrived im massively disappointed

Literal garbage. Has already completely fallen apart. Honestly my own fault for buying something off Instagram but I just thought it was cute

For the advertisement, it says that you will be receiving a blanket when I received the so-called blanket it was more like a doily very small and no one can ever use that as a blanket very disappointed asking him for a refund

Shipping takes forever. I emailed the company 2 weeks after purchase and they replied with too much words (almost like trying to make excuses but in a professional tone). A week or 2 later which is the time of this email and it still says “shipped” and I have no idea where it is. The reason was apparently due to the holidays which impacted updates and deliver time but it’s been about 4 weeks now. I think the company is based in the US so what’s the hold up. If there’s no real reason for this delay then you should update the delivery time so you don’t make customers think it’s coming earlier than your real shipping time. Love the product idea so far but still need to see the item in person. So a bit of transparency with your customers is nice. If the delivery time isn’t 5-12 business days then modify it and just be honest.

You can go literally anywhere else

It took almost 2 weeks to arrive and it arrived after Christmas! When my wife opened the tiny little bag it came it, what came out was an absolute joke ! It was tiny compared to what they advertise! The big one they advertise is actually 4 times the price! I paid $40 for a cheap piece of garbage! It's maybe 20 inch circumference and that's far from being a blanket if any kind ! There is no customer service at all and nobody to speak to! I feel ripped off and tricked !
