They do not care about our feedback, and they’re not sorry for the inconvenience we all have experienced. This is in fact the level of service they aim to provide, and they have no intentions to make things right. We were all scammed by a fraudulent company and they'll keep everyone's money unless you can file a fraud claim with your credit card company. Ordered mine back on 12/9/25 and still have not received it.

Poor quality, not as advertised through photo or video at all. poor quality materials, blanket falling apart toward centre it gets very patchy. MUCH smaller than advertised. Not worth anything. You can’t use it as a blanket or a throw or even as a decoration of any sort. Very flimsy.

Small and nothing like the ads on the website. It’s not a blanket. It’s about 20 inches in diameter. I’m not sure what this can be used for. Maybe a small dog blanket. Not even big enough for a bay.

Misrepresentation. This isn’t even big enough to be a shawl, let alone a blanket. Don’t buy. I have requested a refund and hopefully I will get it. It’s China so I have my doubts. Don’t buy.

I ordered by accident. I was looking for an accurate shipping cost and estimate for delivery. Usually that depends on location, so I add two blankets to my cart and fill in the info. Get to payment screen and still no indication of actual delivery time or point of origin. I click 'Google Pay' for simplicity and BAM! My order goes through..... a little more simple than I wanted. Less than five minutes after I am emailing the company asking to cancel my order. Their answer?... "As outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy, once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. For this reason, we’re unable to cancel the order at this stage." A blatant lie. The order had not been processed in under 5 minutes. The instructions are to wait for the order to arrive, then email them again. I asked for the return instructions to be provided now or with the order. They wouldn't budge. I was supposed to get a surprise gift with my order. Surprise!... There's no extra item as described on their website. CHINESE SCAM. Get something similar from Etsy UPDATE 14 JAN 2026: Package was delivered last week. Emailed Bloomie requesting return info as per their instructions to "wait until I received package ". No response in over a week. They did provide a copy-paste response here though. Surprise!... Another lie, still no email. Currently going through credit dispute for the charge.

Do not trust this company. Never got a confirmation email which was the first red flag. I've sent multiple emails. No response to any of them. I wish I had checked to see if this a scam first but it's actually sad you have to do that these days. It was supposed to be a nice gift for my fiance but shop pay said I never even ordered it. Great business guys👍🏻

Company is a blatant scam. Reviews on their website is fake. No number. The address they provide for Santa Monica Blvd is some random strip mall that is getting bulldozed for apartment buildings. If you do receive something you will get an undersized drop shipped piece of junk from China. File a claim with BBB and dispute charge if they got you because when I tried to contact their “support” they stoped answering me.

It arrived after 4 weeks used and damaged. After a long shipping I opened a small horrible looking piece of material with a brown substance inside looking like shit residue. There is not even a rose! It’s just a bunch of wool merged into each other. I don’t know what’s worse the false advertisement or brown substance. I’m thinking of putting unboxing video on tiktok to show the state of it. I’m not going to stop sharing my experience until I receive a refund
