The training was very thorough and easy to understand. The only issues that I encountered which are keeping this from being a 5 Star review is that there were some misspelled words and a couple sections that contained the Lorem Ipsum text. So I wasn't sure if it was missing information or was meant to be blank in those areas.

How can I order an original certificate instead of through email?
Lizeth C.
Very communicative helped me figure out why I couldn’t open the course!

Hi Lizeth, as per my email, you accidentally added the same course already included in the bundle so the auto enrollment failed, I have now assigned your courses and refunded the $19.95 for the duplicate course, I appreciate your frustration but leaving a 1 star review before support is able to even reply to your issue is not neccessary. All the best, Polly

I was able to get access to the test and take it in a quick manner.

Was easy to navigate and super informative, but i think there were a few errors with the modules. one lesson repeated twice in the same module but with different lesson titles, so i think maybe there's a lesson missing or mistake made. a few other sections in the body artist specific lessons were also in latin ? I'm pretty sure, definitely another language though! i still feel i was able to get the information i needed from the course, but some tweaks to the modules may help future course-takers
