Hi, you purchased a group seat and then took the individual course instead - the group seat us still sitting in your account and can be used at any time to get the certificate. Thanks

As advised, the certificate was available simply by clicking the View Certificate button - we know it is easy to rage leave a 1 star review in order to gain immediate support but this highly unhelpful to other customers when it was a simple support query due to human error that was resolved in 30 seconds.
