i agree with other reviews here, they are a total scam. please stay away from this company

They took my money with zero intentions of delivering any actual miners or goods. They finally refunded 20k of the 40k they owed me but ghosted and ignored my emails repeatedly along the way. I went to Phoenix to go find the owner Nick Jackson to demand a refund and he happened to be walking out of the shop when I showed up. Wired me 15k because that was all he had in the account and said he'd wire me the other 5k from another account later that afternoon... it's been 7 days and I still haven't received the last final wire. They're a total scam company and I would never do business with Nick Jackson in any of his other dealings. This is a complete scam. Took my money KNOWING they weren't selling any miners anymore. My gut told me not to do business with them but I was lured into thinking it was ok because I had done business with them in the past. His other companies like K1 shocks or whatever is also based at the same location in Arizona. Dicking people around when you have $40,000 of their money is not a good idea. A bad review is a soft punishment for that kind of bullshit.

purchased 2 machines from them. One stopped working correctly within a couple months.. fast forward over a year from trying to get it resolved.. I still have an unusable machine and over $600 in additional shipping costs. (shipping bad dashboards back and forth from china). please please please do not waste your time and money with this company.

This is 100% a scam operation, albeit a very good one. Do not, under any circumstance, allow them to convince you it is a legitimate re-seller of anything. The active chat is real but serves only as a charade in order to gain your trust. After $11,342 and 30 days since transfer of payment on 11/27/21, I have received nothing.

Just posting here because Blokforge will not return my support requests. I bought a miner from them in January and it came damaged (the fans were broken and case was severely dented). I returned the miner through their system, and everything seemed like it would be taken care of. That was over 3 months ago, and I've been emailing/calling consistently for weeks and they have ghosted me. Terrible customer service. Going to attempt to take them to small claims.

Real sketchy people and business. Don’t use this business for any ASIC purchase. Their website show in stock items that are not even in their inventory. Then they try to sell you something else that comes at an additional cost. They are also trying to capitalize on current market conditions and lure people into placing orders as the items are displayed as shipping now. Customer support and service in highly misleading and waste of time. Spend your money else where!

You have to sell C.O.D. and everything will go well.
