App is no longer working The website is up, but I can't log in

Suddenly abandoned, and zero customer support when inquiring about the situation. Result: Investment lost, sites offline with no notice

My site has been offline for days. Their main website says they have support online but no one answers my multiple requests for help and I can't login to my account.

This is a fraud scam. Never even heard of it before in my life and then all of a sudden it started charging my card $49.99. Had to cancel my card and then like 2 hours after I had ordered a new one I got another charge for the exact same amount from Blogify when I shouldn't even be able to get charged for anything yet.

This company does not even exist. They are a bunch of hackers who stole $49.99 from my account for their nonexistent service. They are thieves, scammers and hackers.

Blogify keeps charging me a monthly fee even though I have contacted them multiple times to ask that they stop. Every month I have to initiate a charge back with my credit card company to reverse the charges but the next month they charge me once again. The worst part is that they should never have charged me in the first place as these "extras" were supposed to be part of the original AppSumo deal I purchased. All I can conclude is the management is either incompetent or is doing this deliberately to extract more money out of people in violation of their AppSumo deal terms. Either way I am tired of it. The service may be workable, but I am no longer using it at all due to their unethical business practices.

I regret purchasing Blogify. I spent nearly $500 on 3 license codes, attracted by its nice-looking interface and the long list of promised features. In reality, almost nothing works as advertised. For over a month, support has been giving me the same “we’ll fix it soon” response, but nothing has changed. All export options are broken, which means you can’t export blogs or actually do anything useful with the software. This makes the product essentially useless, even for its intended purpose. In my opinion, Blogify is selling an unfinished product as if it were complete. Based on my experience, maybe 10% of the advertised features work — and even those are unreliable. I feel misled and would strongly caution others against buying it.
